Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Lemurian Dreams Academy, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client. When booking an appointment, a workshop or another offer, the client agrees to the general terms and conditions. Therefore, please read them carefully before using our services, as the client confirms that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions before completing his/her booking.

Once the session has been booked, confirmation of the booking and payment will be sent immediately by email.

A one-to-one session usually lasts 60 minutes. During this time, please make sure that you can be for yourself and are not disturbed. The session is offered via Zoom. So please make sure you have a computer with a working microphone and speakers. If you would like to attend the Zoom session from your mobile phone, please download the Zoom app beforehand. You will receive a Zoom link for your session or booked workshop at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment as time lost due to lateness cannot be made up. If you are late for a workshop, you will not be allowed into the chat room during e.g. meditations or channellings.

If you are unable to attend your one-to-one session, it can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date without further costs, and the full amount will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the date, there will be no monetary refund, but you will be compensated by another date. If this appointment is not kept, the price of the session must be refunded without another appointment being offered. A rescheduling is still possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be charged. However, it is possible to assign your session to another person, but please inform the Lemurian Dreams Academy in good time by email, stating the name, address and email address of the substitute, so that the zoom link can be sent accordingly.

The booking of a life workshop can be cancelled up to 28 days before the start of the workshop. The remaining amount will be refunded with a processing fee of 10% of the workshop price. If the registration period for the workshop has already ended because it is fully booked, no refund is possible. The workshop place can then be transferred to another person. In this case, Lemurian Dreams Academy must be informed in good time and the name, address and email address of the new participant must be given. In the case of trainings that require the completion of other preceding workshops, this is only possible if the substitute participant has already completed these workshops as well. If you cannot attend in person, you can then participate in the workshop via the recordings at a later date.

The prerequisite for participation in appointments and workshops is the completion of the 18th year of age and mental health. Under 18s need the written consent of their legal guardians.

There is an exclusion of liability for curative treatments:

Before, during and after the consultations, readings, workshops and healings, no healing promises are made and no medical diagnoses are given. The energies and vibrations as well as the messages worked with during the appointments only serve to activate, support and strengthen the client's self-healing powers. The application of the recommendations and suggestions do not replace a medical and/or psychotherapeutic diagnosis and/or therapy by a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or alternative practitioner. During the appointments, no classical medical treatment is given. It is the client's own responsibility to consult a doctor, alternative practitioner, psychiatrist or other specialist for a medical diagnosis or curative treatment. Medication should continue to be taken under the guidance of the attending physician. The Lemurian Dreams Academy clearly dissociates itself from the guidelines of medical and psychotherapeutic professions, and is not authorised to practise such activities.

By its very nature, no guarantee of success can be given for a spiritual recommendation/spiritual healing, i.e. no liability is accepted for the non-occurrence of a desired effect. Thus, no claims regarding a healing, improvement or worsening of the complaints can be made against the Lemurian Dreams Academy. No binding future prognosis is given nor is the occurrence of positive changes guaranteed. Any retroactive claim will be forfeited upon termination of the appointment.

It is up to the client to work on his or her own responsibility according to the suggestions made during the sessions.

During all appointments - transmissions from the spiritual world - the Lemurian Dreams Academy will act on the highest possible level. Katarina Lotze has invested a lot of time with very good teachers in the training of her abilities, in addition to her innate mediumistic talent. However, if an error should occur during the translation of the mediumistic messages from the spiritual world, no liability is assumed for this. There is no guarantee for correct and appropriate information.

After the clairvoyant counselling, the energetic healing work or after participation in a workshop, the client takes full responsibility for his further actions in everyday life. The client is also solely responsible for his mental and emotional reactions, without referring to the Lemurian Dreams Academy. The Lemurian Dreams Academy is here released from any responsibility and liability.

Regarding bookings, the client's data will be processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations (see there) for optimal client orientation. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to this. The consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons. Recordings are made of the live workshops, which are then made available to the participants of the workshop. By booking a workshop, you hereby agree that you will be included in the recording. It is not permitted to pass on or publish the digital products to third parties who were not workshop participants. Unauthorised forwarding of the recordings or publication falls under data misuse.

With the sale of digital products such as precorded workshops, no publication rights such as performance or publication rights are transferred to the buyer. Reproductions or publications of the products - even in part - are not permitted and violate copyright law. The Berne Convention, which entered into force on 5 December 1887, shall apply to copyright.
